A decrepit windmill, a distant church, a couple making their way toward us on horseback sum up this country idyll. A border of vine entwined crossbar sections shows more views of the mill and a cattleman stopping to talk with a bonneted country lass.

We feel "Eon" is one of the most successful patterns bridging the shift from the lighter weight roccoco shape designs of the late 1820's and 30's to the heavier gothic shape bodies and simpler designs of the 40's onward.
