Possibly a souvenir, this basic stone body plate features a raised letter alphabet framing a center view of of the Capitol. The transfer is executed in brown with green, blue and burgundy enamel highlighting.

While the blank is common to several potters, the brown transfer and color highlighting points toward a possible Edge Malkin & Co. attribution.
