A bit farther off, two people are engaged in conversation beside a lake while across the way one notes a distant romantic tower. Joseph Heath finishes this large brown transfer platter with a floral border. Chocolate brown scallop detail at the outer edge of the border emphasizes the softly scalloped shape of the platter.

Heath's "Persian" pattern gives a romantic gothic impression at first glance, however as one looks closer one realizes Heath has portrayed a romantic garden pavillion common to India and the Middle East.
