Description:	Miniature or toy size examples are unusual in molded stoneware. Decoration of this w... Miniature or toy size examples are unusual in molded stoneware. Decoration of this white stoneware jug consists of a series of upright ferns placed around the body against a dimpled ground. Clusters of grapes hang down from the band of grape vine surrounding the neck and rim. The petite size could have indicated either a toy for the nursery or a bit of parlor bric-a-brac. More
